Jak Grzegorz już pisał, odkrycie egzoplanety zostało potwierdzone i publikacja z moim nazwiskiem w sekcji podziękowań już się ukazała. Otrzymałam też maila z podziękowaniem jak wszyscy zamieszani w tę sprawę 😉

You’re receiving this email because you’re one of the volunteers who marked a transit on one of the stars mentioned in our Planet Hunters paper, which is now available online at http://arxiv.org/abs/1109.4621

First of all, thanks for all your hard work which has made these remarkable discoveries possible – there will be lots more to come, but you’re part of the first effort that’s shown that there are planets lurking amongst the Kepler data. You (should!) find your name if we had it, or your username, in the acknowledgements at the end of the paper. 

The paper is currently being reviewed by the journal, Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. These things take time, but we’ve been back and forth with the referee already and are now confident the paper will be accepted. With major conferences coming up, we wanted to share the discovery with the world – the archive (arxiv.org) is read by every astronomer and sharing our paper there is standard.

Thanks again for your help – there are more worlds out there to be discovered.
